Our Policy

We understand that unexpected things come up. To ensure a comfortable experience for all, we’d like to share a few gentle reminders:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

• Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes past your appointment time) may result in a $25 late fee, and a portion of the service may need to be forfeited.

• Please refrain from using speakerphone while in the salon.

• If a guest will be accompanying you to your appointment, please notify us in advance, as we have limited seating and our chairs are reserved for guests receiving services.
